Any FREE or Standard Shipping items offered to the lower 48 states a surchage will be added to any other destination.

Replacement verses refund depends on inventory status.   Shipping charges are non refundable.
If there is a circumstance of shipping damage on an item, although we pack professionally it can happen, please contact us so we can get a claim in and ship you a replacement or refund. Do not ship it back as the shipping company has to pick it up in order for the claim to be acceptable.
