We do accept US returns for warranty items within 30-days of receiving the product and with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The product should be in the condition in which it was purchased. Serial Numbers and IMEI are recorded for EVERY item sent out and will be compared upon receipt of return.  Items should be packaged appropriately, preventing any damage during shipping.  Items will be processed, inspected, and tested to insure functionality prior to issuing refund.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
