Doll Head Muffie/Lori Ann Nancy Ann Replacement Parts 1950s Repair Fix 8” RARE

Here’s an extremely rare doll head for an 8 inch Nancy Ann Lori Ann/Muffie doll. Lori-Ann was introduced in 1959 as a companion for Muffie. She had a vinyl head on a hard plastic body. Shortly afterward, the Nancy Ann corporation went into bankruptcy following a dispute between Nancy Ann’s heirs, so Lori-Ann is very rare today. This particular head is even more scarce because it came on a marked Muffie walker body which had an adapted neck. Those hybrid dolls were made at the very end of the Nancy Ann company. This doll’s apricot blond hair is quite unusual as well. This face does have some flaws: there is a gray spot next to her nose and above one eye. Her painted eyelashes are faded, and her sleep eyes no longer work. For that reason I used her body to restore a different Muffie head in better condition. You might be able to address these issues and create your own rare doll. The neck attachment and pin are included, although the neck piece is kind of scraped up from removal.
